Terms and Conditions

Updated 22 August 2026

These terms cover use of Online Calendar. By using the site you agree to them.

The service

We publish free yearly and monthly calendars, UK bank holiday lists, week numbers, printable downloads and date tools. You do not need an account to view, print or download public pages. Administrator accounts are only for people who run the website.

No charge, no warranty

The calendars and tools are provided free of charge, as they are. We do not warrant that dates, downloads or tools are complete, up to date, or suitable for a particular purpose. We may change, pause or withdraw pages without notice.

What you may do

  • View, print and download calendars for personal or internal work use.
  • Link to our pages.
  • Quote short extracts with a link back to the source page.

What you may not do

  • Present our calendars as an official government or religious almanac.
  • Scrape the site in a way that harms other visitors or the server.
  • Attempt to access administrator areas without permission.
  • Submit abusive, unlawful or misleading content through the contact form.

Holiday and conversion dates

UK bank holidays can change by official proclamation. Substitute days apply when Christmas or Boxing Day falls on a weekend. Chinese and Islamic dates on this site are civil conversions and can differ from moon-sighting or religious authorities by a day. Always confirm important dates with the original source. See the disclaimer and sources.

Downloads

PDF, PNG and iCalendar files are generated for convenience. Check the dates before you rely on a file for payroll, travel, school or worship.

Your content

If you send a message or subscribe to the newsletter, you grant us permission to use that information only to reply, to operate the list, and as described in the privacy policy. Personal notes in the print box stay on your device unless you include them in a download.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by UK law, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the calendars, tools or downloads, including missed holidays or incorrect conversions. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may bring a claim in your local UK court if you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK.
